For Becks birthday my mom got a hotel room here in town. Itty has been sick, so I decided I wasn't keeping him there over night. Mom said she would keep the kids. So the festivities took place at Best Western in St George. It was perfect. Becks is the kind of kid that doesn't care about a ton of people and presents. He just wanted some presents to open and to have a pinata. We met up with my mom at the hotel and then went to Taco Time for drive through food.
The kids had a birthday picnic lunch.
Then it was game time. Ya know, toss the wrapper in the garbage can. This game lasted about 30 min. Yep, simple entertainment, and they had a blast.
Itty finished eating^ obviously. Then we headed to the pool for some swimming. Of course I didn't bring my suit or Itty's because he hates anything that isn't warm like bath water. Apparently, sometime in the last few months, this has changed. He wanted to be in the water so bad. So Jaxi took him swimming with her.
Lucky for us, we were the only ones up there at the pool. Itty could run around naked and air out his owie bum.
When dad showed up it was pinata time!
After the pinata took a beating, it was time for presents. I was pretty blunt - NO TOYS. He got a ton of toys for Christmas. I wanted him to get books or learning things.
He got books and some slippers, and things to challenge his mind. It was perfect.
Then it was time for cupcakes.
Desert first and then we went to dinner at Pasta Factory. Aunty Moosey's present had to go too.
Birthday cheesecake to finish the night.
