Trace's Blessing

Saturday the 2nd of June we went up to Enterprise to do some fishing. Sunday we had a baby blessing to go to so Q thought it would be fun to stay up there Saturday night with the kids. We thought it would be a fun idea to take the kids out in the boat and fishing. We rented a hotel room in Enterprise.... yeah, they have a motel in Enterprise. The rooms were $50 and well worth it.

We got into town and checked in....

Then we went to eat at Marvs. Not everyone was that happy about it....

Then we went to the lake and got our fish on!

Look at that view.... is there anything better?

Baby loved eating and drinking the whole time we were on the boat. He liked looking at the fish. He liked feeding the fish potato chips and crackers.

The girls were crazy fish catchers. They caught 10 or so between the two of them. They had a blast. Neither one of them were patient and they were constantly saying they they had bites on their lines.

We had a blast fishing as a family. It was cramped and we had our moments but for the most part it was a great trip.

Q got the biggest catch of the day. We didn't measure it but I would bet it was 16 inches or better. I had one that broke my line. I have no idea how big it was, but the story is it was a whopper.

The girls really do get a long so well. Jaxan looks up to Sky so much. Sky sometimes gets annoyed with Jaxan being on top of her all the time.  Over all Sky is really patient and kind. She plays with Jaxan and teaches her things. I love that Jax has an older sister as amazing as Sky to look up to.

Becks was happy with the worms, until they were all gone. He would rip them apart and throw them over board. Pretty much everything he touched went over board.

I love this picture. My favorite two boys! Beckham's face in this picture is priceless.

We watched the sun set over the mountains up there from the middle of the lake. Nothing better.

The boy and the boat. He had so much fun in the water.

The girls showing off the only two fish we kept for the day. They went and gave them to a family that was fishing on shore. We didn't want to keep them and have them go bad, The two we kept were Skyler's and Q's two big catches for the day.

The moon was amazing. It was white, red and then orange. I believe it was from the smoke that was in the air.

Becks loved watching Woody.

Sunday morning before church I wanted to take some pictures of the kids. It didn't go over too well, but I got what I could.

After the blessing we went to Trisha and Randy's house for a luncheon open house. It was great and the kids had a blast.
