Waiting for California Adventure to open. We were all so tired, and this day was much warmer.
First ride Toy Story Mania - as if there was a question. I am glad we went on it first thing, because they closed it later due to one of the screens being out.
Jax and Becks went on the King Triton Carousel. Jaxan wouldn't sit by Beckham, she wanted to go on a dolphin away from us. So her and Auntie Moose went to a different part of the carousel, that is why there are no pictures of her.
Becks was in heaven when he got to see Buzz, Woody, and Jessie. He saw Buzz walking while he was riding on the carousel and he screamed and yelled trying to get his attention.
California Adventure has little street shows. Phenus and Ferb came out singing and dancing. It was so funny. We tried to get Jaxan to go dance with them, but she wouldn't. They wanted an adult volunteer to go hula hoop. I graciously volunteered Moose. She could only hula hoop around her knees.
We brought food into the park everyday for lunch. It was so easy for us. We just found shady places to eat and snack. Saved us a ton of money.
Becks couldn't go on a lot of rides. We went and found him things to do. I guess that is why most of the pictures are of him. I spent most of the time with him while the others went on the big kid rides. While they went on the rapid ride, we went to adventure land.
I was pretty disappointed in cars land. A trillion stores and shops and only 3 rides. Only one Becks could go on. He was bummed. The decorations were cute and they way they put it together was awesome.
The one ride he could go was the flying tires. It was like riding a hover craft. It was so much fun. We all had a blast. Beckham was so excited he could go on it.
Beckham was bummed that he couldn't go on the racers. We went and got a cookie so that he wasn't so bummed out.
We watched the cars and then he got bored and hot. So we went to bug land and played in the water.
Because the parks have a parent switch pass I got to go on the racers with the girls and then we all met back up.
Sky and Q went on some big rides. So I took the little ones and went to Disney JR. Jaxan was okay with it, but Becks loved it. I think Jax really loved it, she just didn't want it to show. Then we met up with Q and Sky at Monsters Inc.
They all went on the spinning rocket ride. I didn't really feel like puking, so I hung out down on the ground.
Sky wanted to do the roller coaster again so I took the little ones on the ferris wheel.
We went on Ariel 3 more times while waiting for the World of Color. We were so tired, we almost didn't make it. Q took me to a nice Mexican dinner - the kids liked it too. It gave us a little break. I was ready to head back to the room at 3 but we lasted 20 min into the World of Color and the kids were excited to see it. It felt like the longest walk back to the room. Becks and Jax fell asleep on the stroller ride. They slept in their clothes.
